On last night’s episode of Revenge some key moves were made in Emily’s quest for vegence including the addition of some new players to her team. Let’s dig in!
The episode started with Daniel showing Victoria the photo of Emily kissing Aiden and giddily calling it his ticket out of the marriage. It’s safe to say, Victoria has never been prouder and her only request? A front row seat for when he shows it to her. Ah, gotta love family bonding.

Speaking of family, Margot returned back to the Hamptons with her father Pascal in tow. Him and Conrad go way back, and we learn that Margot brought him there to help flex some muscle over at the magazine and get Conrad to leave. Of course this proves to be difficult being that Pascal wants to go about things his own way.

Over at Nolan’s, Emily and Nolan are trying to figure out which side Stevie is on.  They know she used her maiden name when she went to visit David in prison, but they aren’t sure why. Did she do it so David wouldn’t freak out from hearing the last name Grayson? Or so Conrad wouldn’t know? Cut to Emilly ‘accidentally’ bumping into Stevie  to try and pry for some information. The moment is interrupted when Jack shows up — and this isn’t Jack’s first rodeo. He knows why Emily is there and wants her to quit while she’s ahead. He tells her that they are finally at a good place, and he really wants to get to that place to with his mom, too. He asks her to stay away from him and Emily promises to honor that.

Later on, Stevie and Jack are enjoying some quality time when Stevie begins looking through Jack and Amanda’s wedding album. She casually mentions that she met Amanda Clarke’s father and that she was one of the people who believed he was innocent. However it’s when she gets to a photo of Amanda and Emily together that she pauses and you can see her wheels starting to turn.

Back over at the Graysons, Emily walks into the study to find Victoria and Daniel sitting there smugly waiting for her. They slide the photos across the table along with a settlement. Daniel wants that divorce. Emily says that kissing isn’t grounds for adultery, and Victoria says that they’ll find out for sure in court. Cut to Emily giving them a little preview of her testimony. With tear filled eyes she delievers a speech on how she was able to forgive Daniel for his infidelity, and for shooting her. Can you really blame her for looking for comfort elsewhere? Daniel isn’t happy by this performance, but Emily knows she played it well.

When Nolan returns home he sees someone in his kitchen, but no worries it’s not a burgular. It’s Javier! Someone he met in prison. Back in the day, Nolan told him if he ever needed a place to stay that he could stay with him — looks like the day has come and it’s perfect timing too! Here’s why.

After leaving Jack’s, Stevie shows up at Emily’s asking who she really is. The two get to talking and basically realize that they are in fact on the same side. They are both looking for answers for Amanda. Emily gets to be honest, without actually having to tell the truth. So, when Stevie returns back to Jack’s she lets him know that she paid her a visit. She can’t understand why they don’t want to do anything (if she only knew) and she thinks the truth is worth fighting for. So she tells Jack about a piece of evidence she looked into back in the day, but was never able to do anything about it. Cut to Nolan and Jack on their search for these files. Unfortunately, the archives aren’t dated so finding them is proving to be difficult. Luckily for Jack, Javier knows the system and he’s able to get the files out of there.

Victoria on the other hand, is starting to connect the dots with Emily. Victoria offering Emily a settlement was actually a test. It made her realize that Emily isn’t targeting their fortune — she’s targeting their family. She then starts listing all of the coincidences: being friends with Amanda Clarke, buying her house, Aiden’s dad, etc. She’s more hellbent than ever on exposing who Emily really is. Cut to later  when they are all at the opera and Charlotte gets a text alert saying that Emily’s medical records are now public. Victoria uses this as the perfect opportunity to publically cause a scene and paint Emily in a poor light . Which of course she does.

The episode ended with Emily getting kicked out of Grayson Manor, and Jack paying her a visit. Emily still wants Jack to stay out of this, but as he points out, between him getting her the files, and his mother already involved — he’s part of the plan now. He also realizes that Emily leaked her medical records  herself. Why? She needed the Graysons to think they won so that she can use the evidence against them. But what did that piece of evidence say that Stevie knew about so long ago? It was a note to Conrad from David Clarke with an abbreviation TMC. Emily doesn’t know what it means, but she does recognize the handwriting. It belongs to Pascal, Margot’s father.

Some leftovers: what do you think TMC stands for? Did you know Emily was the one to leak her medical records? Are you glad Jack is now a part of the plan? What do you think Pascal’s involvement is in all of this?
