On last night’s episode of Revenge, Emily tries to lure Pascal into her plan and makes a discovery regarding the initials TWM.  Let’s dig in!

The episode starts with Emily still trying to decipher the note and realizing she may have the opportunity to find out more – all she has to do is get close to Pascal. Cut to her showing up at a fancy bar and trying to entice him to get close to her. It doesn’t work, but she realizes that she is going to have to change her plan of attack: Pascal is a gambling man and it’s officially game on.

Elsewhere, Charlotte and Daniel are making plans to try and take down Emily and the people around her. Sound familiiar? Charlotte begrudgingly agrees but only if Daniel promises to keep Jack out of it. He does. Meanwhile Victoria has her own plan of attack. too. To sum it up: she’s going to hunt Emily. She tells all her friends (including Chandler Bing’s mom!) that she knows Emily has ulterior motives, and that they should all be on high alert and looking to figure out what they are.

Over at Voulez, Jack stops by to see his ladylove and she has some big news to share: she got offered the Editor In Chief position at a big magazine in Rome. You can tell she’s excited about the opportunity, but she says she has everything she wants here: her own magazine and Jack. The only problem is that she technically doesn’t have her own magazine right now being that Conrad and Pascal are still involved. It doesn’t help that Jack tells her to truly consider it because he knows how big of a deal this is. Margot loves him for encouraging her to go..until Daniel makes her question the reason why.

Daniel decides to “let it slip” that Jack was a big reason as to why Emily got her memory back. He talks about how the two have always been really close and is it a coincidence that Jack asks Margot to go once Emily is newly single again? It’s a great move by Daniel, but Charlotte is not happy. Margot isn’t either and during one of her trips to The Stowaway just happens to walk by as Jack and Emily are having an intimate talk about their love lives. Terrible timing. The only good thing that comes out of her reconencting with Daniel is the two devise a plan to get Voulez back in Margot’s hands. And it works.

Speaking of timing, knowing that Pascal is a gambling man, Emily decides to throw a charity poker game and Pascal is first one on the guest list. Unfortunately for her, this is the Hamptons we’re talking about and  Daniel, Victoria and Charlotte all decide to show up.  Charlotte has herself a great time when Nolan’s wannabe bestie – after tweaking his transmitter so he is no longer on house arrest – shows up at the event and kisses her. Daniel on the other hand, walks up to Emily and asks her how she was able to afford such a lavish event you know, being that she no longer has his money. Silly Daniel! Emily admits she “forgot” to give back the credit card in the divorce. Oops. The look on his face is absolutely priceless. Time alone with Pascal however, proves to have a price.

When Emily sees him walk in she struts her way over only to realize who was on his arm: Victoria. So naturally the two face off in a high-stakes game of poker.  This is where Victoria delivered one of the best lines of the night: You’ve been bluffing since you stepped foot in the Hamptons, why stop now? Luckily for Emily she won the round, but as we learn later, and after seeing Victoria’s cards, Victoria lost on purpose. But why? Because she wanted Emily to have some alone time with Pascal.

When Emily and Pascal are finally alone, she tells him part of her agenda: she wants to expose the Grayson’s secrets, but she soon learns via Pascal’s “cheap French version of the whale cam” that he was recording her. Pascal’s allegiance to Victoria is confirmed to us as the viewers when he vows to her that he will find out what Emily is up to. Victoria is reluctant to trust him since we learned that the two used to be in love – she dated him before Conrad – but ended things when she found him with another woman. She definitely has a type. In the end, she tells him she’s not one to forgive and forget, but she’s willing to try.

Over at the South Fork Inn, Stevie gets a visit from a love from her own past: Conrad. You see, Jack leaked a story to the papers revealing that Stevie was his mom – he knows the power secrets in the hands of the Graysons can have, so decided to beat them to the punch. The revelation, however, was news to Conrad. He knew Stevie was in a bad place back then, but didn’t think she’d go that far as to have a baby with another man. The two seem to make a amends, Conrad gets the property deed for Grayson Manor, but Stevie is still visibly upset. So much so, that we see her pour herself a glass of vodka but luckily decides to also pour it out.  Jack however, watches it happen and knows that something is off with his mom.

The episode ended with Aiden coming back into the picture. You see, after Emily and Jack’s little heart-to-heart he tells her that she needs to let Aiden know that she still loves him. So she seeks him out, but pretends it’s because she needs help with the case. She shows him the note, but he rips it up, calling her out for using it as a rouse to come see her. She tells him that he misses him, but Aiden isn’t buying it.  Thankfully, Aiden owns some tape  because he put the note back together and shows up at Emily’s. He immediately makes it clear that he’s not there for her, but because he figured something out. He knows what TMH stands for: Trevor Warren Mathis – a name that just happens to belong to his father.

Some leftovers: Do you think Conrad was sincere with forgiving Stevie? What do you see happening with Javier and Charlotte? Should Emily be worried about Pascal? What do you think this means for Aiden?
