The season finale of Revenge was, well, mind blowing. Not only did it give us answers to some of the questions we were dying to know, it raised a hell of a lot more questions in all our minds. The number one being, when does season 2 start?! So, lets dig in.

We last left off with the White Haired Man (WHM) choking out Nolan and leaving us questioning his fate. Emily finally realized that he wasn’t answering her phone calls, showed up at his house where she learned that the WHM was holding him hostage. Emily takes this as her opportunity and tells the man she wants to meet him face-to-face. They do, and after voluntarily inhaling some chloroform, ends up chained next to Nolan.

WHM thinks he’s won, but Emily has yet another card to play. You see, before she got there, she made Daniel believe that someone had ransacked the house. She screamed and gave a description that of course matched the WHM. Daniel automatically realizes the evidence is missing, but lies to Emily saying that nothing important was taken. Little does he know she was the one who took it. Cue back to Emily in WHM’s custody, and she tells him it’s all in a lock box at Port Authority. When he leaves to go get it, she pulls the string of her hoodie, connected to a pin, frees Nolan and tells him the evidence is really in his trunk and to turn in it. Nolan tries to get her to come, but she’s staying to kill WHM. Of course Nolan tries to stop her, but she points out that if he doesn’t do this..all she’s done will have been for nothing. He finally leaves with Emily telling him one thing. If she doesn’t make it out alive, she wants Jack to know she loves him.

While all this is going down, news gets back to Conrad that WHM has the evidence, which is worse than if the SEC had gotten it. Victoria thinks Daniel did the right thing and turned it in, but he tells her that’s not the case. So, while Conrad is making his plans to flee the country, he gives Lydia a ring to try and keep her loyalty. Apparently, money can’t really buy that because when Victoria calls and tells her that she can still have the immunity if she meets her on a plane, Lydia chooses Victoria.

Speaking of Victoria, lady is on a full-blown mission to do the right thing. The reason? She just learned Conrad  was responsible for David Clarke’s death. It’s because of that, that she’s so shocked Daniel is still siding with his father. I have to admit, I kind of am too. Daniel explains that even though he’s done terrible things, it’s always been to protect his family. But the reality is neither one of them are doing a good job, as we see due to poor Charlotte. She got photos of Daniel’s friend Julie and has them spread around school. She may have gotten a bunch of laughs, but she lost Declan’s trust and respect forever.

Back at WHM’s house we have all the proof we needed that Emily is a badass. When she finally has WHM where she wants him,she has a flashback to her father. In it he told her she can always find something to love in everyone, so back in the present she decides to walk away. But what about honoring her father? Well, walking away did just that.

When she returns home, Daniel is waiting for her and as usual is a little suspicious. Suspicions amplified thanks to Ashley and her meddling ways. Emily admits that she kissed Jack, and gives him back the ring. She tells him she isn’t the girl he fell in love with, and he became the one thing he never wanted: a Grayson. Later on, Ashley ends up going to his place for a drink, and my guess is alcohol and anger are not gonna be a good mix in that scenario.

Now that Emily is single, and the evidence is about to be presented to exonerate her father, this is where things got really interesting. You think all is good, then you remember what show you’re watching. Emily decides she’s going to tell Jack the truth, and that she wants to be with him. Only when she shows up at the Stowaway, fake Amanda Clarke is there. And she’s Pregnant. Yep, that happened.

Then, you see Victoria and Lydia boarding a plane. A plane that Conrad specifically told her not to board because it will be ‘the last thing she ever does’ and after having a meeting with WHM, you know he’s not playing any games. The two board the plane, and you see a guy making last minute adjustments on the tarmac, he removes his hat and viola! It’s WHM. Cue a Breaking News segment saying that the plane exploded, one of the passengers was Victoria Grayson, and at the time, there are no known survivors.

Charlotte who is watching, calls Declan in a panic, but thanks to her antics earlier doesn’t answer. So, completely distraught she takes all her pills causing Conrad to find her limp body on the bed. Also, completely distraught form heartbreak in every since of the word is Emily. Not only did she just lose Jack to her own game, but all the evidence she had to clear her father just burned. Or so she thought. Enter Nolan, the hero. Turns out he backed up all the information, and while doing so made a startling discovery: Emily’s mother is alive.

Some leftovers: What’d you guys think? Is Victoria dead? How far do you think things will go between Daniel and Ashley? Were you shocked Amanda’s mother is alive?
